reception's support lacking hospitality

The breakfast was good with international and Thai options.

The reception didn't handle an issue properly. When I needed assistance, they offered an ice bucket for a charge instead of proper help. They told me to buy a cooling gel myself from a store. I found this lacking in hospitality.

varied menu delicious food attentive staff

The staff were attentive. I enjoyed the varied menu at both Pacifica and Mint restaurants. The food presentation was good, and it tasted delicious. The two restaurants alternated their opening times, providing continuous service, which I found very convenient. The hotel has two restaurants.

I found very few hangers in the closet, but I still made do with the limited space.
